TekkenHistory

An unofficial fan site with Tekken 8 rank statistics, a command translator, practice tools and lore records.

INEFFA

“Allow Ineffa to introduce TekkenHistory. It holds rank statistics, practice tools and records of the Tekken world. Ineffa has learned that practice means repeating precise inputs. Shall we look around together?”

Where does your rank really stand?

TekkenHistory answers one thing the in-game rank screen never tells you: where your rank actually sits among all players. It converts every Tekken 8 and Tekken 7 rank into a top percentage by season, turning rank names into numbers you can compare.

The distribution is collected from public Tekken player statistics and recorded with the date it was collected. Ranges that are not published individually are estimated by interpolation and marked as estimates on the page. Bandai Namco does not publish rank distributions, so every figure is a reasoned estimate with sampling error.

There is also a conversion to League of Legends and VALORANT ranks. Please remember it matches the share of players below you, not skill.

Practice room

There is a throw-break drill that shows left, right and two-hand grab motions for you to react to, a drill that judges the simultaneous-input timing of electrics frame by frame, and a drill that scores Korean backdashes and wavedashes.

Character-specific precise inputs, such as Lee's just-frame moves and Bryan's jet upper after his taunt, can be practised alongside real game footage. When an input fails, the log records how many frames it was off — a good fit for anyone who, like Ineffa, enjoys precise repetition.

Tools and lore

The command translator converts what you type or build on a board into Korean, global (1234), Japanese (LPRP) and numpad notation, and makes a combo-sheet image. A rank-point simulator reflects win- and loss-streak bonuses and demotion protection.

The records section covers each character's appearances from Tekken 1 in 1994 to Tekken 8, a world map of the official nationalities of 79 characters, the Mishima family and Williams sisters stories, a relationship map, and a check of retcons and open threads in the official lore.
